In this special time of every woman life, there is nothing more special for me like a teacher to be able to support you and guide you safely in your yoga practice. Either complete beginner or experience yogi, Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to keep both your body and mind strong and healthy. There are so many changes that the body is undergoing during pregnancy and they are reflected during prenatal classes, adjusting accordingly to each trimester. The classes are great mixture of movement, breathing exercise and pelvic floor specials. Classes are suitable from 14 weeks onward. Postnatal classes can include the baby too, starting from 6 weeks onwards( 8 weeks for C-section).
