Yin Yoga with Yoga Nidra is the perfect way to step out of your stressful life and slow down. The long, passive poses give you time to listen to your body, releasing tension and calming your mind. The deep stretch also penetrates the connective tissue in areas so many of us have trouble reaching. Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues in the body which are difficult to energize and open. The guided relaxation at end provides even further rejuvenation, leaving you totally recharged.
