WHAT IS LIFE COACH?


Coaching had become leading across the globe in the business, health, personal and education sectors. In contrary to the more traditional athletic coach, now days is possible to find a life coach, executive coach, career coach, finance coach and others.

 

Life coach is a professional who can help you shine in all areas of life. Being a life coach is about helping others achieve specific goals through commitments, responsibilities, and obligations. Coaching views the client, capable, and resourceful individual. A coaching relationship can be either short or long term.

WHAT IS COACHING?


Coaching is a collaborative relationship or partnership that is formed to help the individual to:
-identify and reach goals
-devise solutions
-actualize potential, and achieve growth and transformation
-move from where they are now to where they want to be.
Moreover, the International Coach Federation (ICF), a nonprofit organization formed by practicing
coaches, defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative
process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”


COACHING GOALS


Coaching is focusing on the present moment and the future. What we can do now to help the client to move to the direction they want. Often that might require learning new skills, exploring new possibilities, developing healthier mindset and positive habits. From more broader perspective, the goals and aims of coaching include discovering and fully using one’s potential, learning self-responsibility and self-accountability, enhancing quality of life, aligning values with lifestyle, growth, change, increasing performance, opening to new perspectives and viewpoints, and exploring new possibilities.
